National Program

o Puteri MIC has participated in the KRB (Kumpulan Rakyat Bersatu) dance on the Merdeka Parade at the Dataran Merdeka in the morning.
o Puteri MIC also has participated in the Ambang Merdeka countdown at the Dataran Merdeka.
o Puteri MIC also has participated in the gathering for Raksasa Merdeka at the Stadium Merdeka.

Puteri MIC Merdeka Program

Puteri MIC has organized Merdeka Program thru out the country. Among the main place are:-
o MIC HQ – Is the main launch of Puteri MIC Merdeka Program with a giant balloon. It was launched by Dato Seri S Samy Vellu, President MIC.
o SRJK T Batang Berjuntai – a merdeka program with the school student. Coloring contest, Poster drawing contest and ‘kolam’ contest with a merdeka theme have been organized for the student. A prize giving ceremony was attended by YB Cikgu Parthiban, Adun Kawasan Ijok.
o Zoo Taiping – this place was chosen because we could share our Merdeka feelings with the public and the children. We have brought home children with us to visit the Zoo Taiping. We have given away specially Puteri MIC printed balloon and mini Jalur Gemilang flags the children around there.
o Jalan Tengku Kelana – we have given away 1000 balloons and mini flags to the public around there and Jalur Gemilang flag to shops at Tengku Kelana.
o Batu Caves – this was our tourist targeted area to share the wonderful moment about the 50th Merdeka celebration with them. We have given away 500 balloons, mini flags and Indian traditional cookies with the tourist around there. Dato Jagarasah, Adun Kawasan Batu have join together with us to bright up the program.

Puteri MIC Deepavali Celebration

Puteri MIC had organized a Deepavali Program at Mariamman Temple Puchong. This program was officiated by Datin Seri Indrani Samy Vellu. We have given away 100 saree and 100 dhoti to the peoples around Puchong. We had share the deepavali spirit with the poor people.

Puteri MIC and Syabas Program - WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN

Puteri MIC Wilayah Persekutuan in cooperation with Syabas and Puncak Niaga had organized a trip to Pusat Pembersihan Air Sg. Selangor, Fasa II at Bukit Badong. This program was organized under the objective of our government that to create awareness among the youngsters to keep the river and drain clean. Total of 40 people including children from the Karunai Illam have join the trip to Bukit Badong.

LEAP (Legal Exchange Awareness Program)

This Legal Exchange Awareness Program is conducted by professional lawyers. We give free legal advice to the public as a mobile service.

Love Your School Library.

Objective of this program is to up-grade Tamil School Library to create a study environment to the Tamil School students.

Wonders Of Reading.

Objective of this program is to create and improve the reading habit among the Tamil School Students. The project launch had done at the SRJK T Bukit Jalil and the next program at SRJK T Vallamprosa, Kapar and officiated by Datin Paduka Komala Devi.

Be What You Want To Be…

Objective of this program is to create awareness and guidelines to the teenagers to decide their future and their life. These programs have been organized at Ampang, Klang Valley, and Institute CQ Tech and by other states too.
